A Life on Our Planet is a comprehensive history of planet Earth that appeals to our conscience, inspiring us to take action now. In this 2020 doc, natural historian and award-winning BBC broadcaster David Attenborough tells the story of his own life through the natural wonders he’s seen and warns of what could become of our planet if we don’t take measures to protect it. Most importantly, though, he explores a way forward. “Right now, we have a window of opportunity that we can’t afford to miss,” Attenborough says in the trailer. “We must rediscover how to live in balance with nature and help to create a better world for ourselves and for generations to come.”
